– Ron Burgess Founder Hexotherm
Hexotherm engineers innovative technologies and real-world products for automotive, marine and industrial sectors, while building platforms in manufacturing, media and publishing to share the journey of practical innovation, personal development and engineering solutions that help protect our planet.

Five Sectors. One Innovation Platform.
Hexotherm combines engineering, manufacturing and creative media to develop new technologies, products and ideas across multiple industries.

RoadSyphon®
Waste Heat Recovery for Mobile Applications
Hexotherm develops advanced thermal systems that capture and store waste heat from vehicles, providing reliable hot water and thermal energy long after the engine has stopped. Our automotive innovations are designed for campervans, expedition vehicles, welfare vans and specialist vehicles where efficiency and independence matter.
WaveSyphon®
Energy Efficiency for Marine Vessels
Marine engines produce large amounts of unused thermal energy. Hexotherm technologies capture and store this energy, allowing vessels to produce hot water without relying on electrical power or additional fuel consumption.

Relight Lamps
Engineering, Prototyping and Production
Hexotherm combines practical engineering with rapid prototyping and fabrication. Our workshop capabilities allow us to design, test and refine complex thermal systems and engineered products, turning ideas into reliable real-world solutions.
CINO Craft
Sharing the Innovation Journey
Through media and digital platforms Hexotherm documents the development of new technologies and products. This creates transparency, builds community around innovation and inspires the next generation of engineers and makers.

Blue Forge & Blue Spark

Frequently asked questions
Got questions? We’ve got answers.
Explore how Hexotherm develops technology, manufactures products and shares knowledge across engineering, media and publishing.
What does Hexotherm do?
Hexotherm develops innovative engineering solutions and thermal technologies for automotive, marine and industrial applications. The company also designs and manufactures specialist components and products, including systems for RoadSyphon and parts for Relight Lamps. Alongside engineering and manufacturing, Hexotherm operates creative and knowledge platforms such as CINO Craft and Blue Forge & Spark, producing media, books and diaries that share insights from real-world product development and innovation.
What is the RoadSyphon system?
RoadSyphon is a waste heat recovery system designed for vehicles. It captures unused heat from an engine and stores it so that hot water can be produced long after the engine has stopped, providing an efficient and practical solution for campervans, expedition vehicles and other mobile applications.
Does Hexotherm manufacture its own products?
Yes. Hexotherm combines engineering design with hands-on manufacturing and prototyping. The company develops and produces components and systems for its own products, including RoadSyphon technologies and specialist parts for Relight Lamps, while also building prototypes and new engineering concepts.
What is Relight Lamps?
Relight Lamps is a Hexotherm project dedicated to vintage lighting restoration, specialist components and classic lamp design. Alongside manufacturing parts and restoring lamps, the project also produces books, training materials, how-to videos and YouTube content that share practical skills and knowledge about traditional lighting and restoration techniques.
What are CINO Craft and Blue Forge & Spark?
CINOcraft and Blue Forge & Spark are media and publishing platforms connected to Hexotherm’s innovation work. They share insights from engineering projects, product development and entrepreneurship through videos, articles, books and structured planning tools such as diaries and journals.
What is PCM thermal storage technology?
Phase Change Material (PCM) thermal storage allows large amounts of heat to be stored within compact systems. By absorbing heat during a material’s phase change process, energy can be stored efficiently and released later when needed, improving overall energy efficiency in vehicles, marine systems and other applications.
How can people follow or work with Hexotherm?
